Question: Why am I not able to place my order for today?

Answer: Below is the cut off time before which you can place order for same day

Dinner	upto 06:00PM

Question: When will my order be delivered?

Answer: Below is the delivery time schedule for every meal

Lunch	12:30PM - 02:30PM
Dinner	07:00PM - 09:00PM

Question: How can I reschedule my tiffin order to to some other day?

Answer: Go to "My Profile" and click on the "Reschedule" under "Ongoing" section of "Orders". Select the date(s) you want to reschedule in the popup and postpone you order to the date of your choice by clicking "Save".

Question: How can I see what will be on the menu for tiffin for the day?

Answer: You can see the daily menu on top or Orders page. Click on "Order Now" on home page and you will see the menu of the day displayed on the top of the Orders page.

Question: Can I change my location for each order?

Answer: You can add or update different address for each order to be delivered. If an order contains mutiple deliveries or tiffins for diffent days, then all deliveries or tiffins will be delivered to the address selected while ordering. If you want your each delivery or tiffin to be delivered at different address, then you need place different orders for it.
You can add or update address while ordering from "Address" section or Orders page or from "My Profile" page.

Question: What if I don’t like the food taste or the food is not delivered on time?

Answer: You can send your query from "Contact" section on home page and we will provide our feedback.

Question: In which cities or area does TOD provide services?

Answer: We are currently servicing Chandigarh Area. We will be coming to other nearby cities soon.
